Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh 28th May 2025 Dear Me, On the 28th of May, me and my family went to visit Ayodhya. The day before,we had stayed together at my mom’s cousin's place,as she had come over from the US. On the 28th we had breakfast and left immediately to the Airport ,where we boarded the flight at 2 pm. It felt as though we were walking across a mall,and not even a single break we took. Our legs burned from walking and we finally reached our terminal,where we boarded the bus,to reach the flight. It was very humid. My cousins and I played ‘Guess The Movie!’ on the flight and had a roti curry roll each. Before we deboarded the flight,the pilot informed us that the temperature in Ayodhya was 38°C,and this was usually the average temperature. This just made us worried about how we were going to survive… After we arrived at the Ayodhya Dham Airport, we were all mesmerised. It was majestic,with amazing architecture(the traditional buildings in temples with sculptures of Indian deities...

  Today marks the 19th death anniversary of my maternal grandfather. For conducting such events, we refer to the Telugu calendar, which determines accurate dates of events according to the lunar cycle and this calendar keeps changing every year, based on the positioning of certain celestial bodies. This is a more spiritually aligned method for tracing a significant event. Interestingly, every 19 years, the lunar date of an event in the past repeats with the original event, meaning the ceremony falls on the exact same day and time as it did when the event first occurred. While the event’s date changes every year, it falls on the same day every 19th year or the 38th year, and so on… Such cycles bring a sense of synchronicity and continuity To honour the occasion, my cousins from all parts of the family made the effort to arrive a day earlier to spend some time with us. GT’s valorous victory over SRH:The Titans win by 32 runs The eager SRH fans, who waited anxiously to see their team have an impactful comeback like I did, were all in vain as GT overpowered the match and left everyone in awe. The format: GT and its commanding top-order SRH won the toss and chose to field first. This was a major mishap, for the SRH team, as they had to score 225 runs to win the match. If SRH would have chosen to bat first, there still would’ve been chances for SRH to win the match. The first wicket partnership (between Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan) was a great start for GT as the openers ruled the powerplay of six overs entirely with their back-to-back sixes.
